I’m a Freelance Backend Engineer with over 8 years of experience.


In addition to my current Freelance engagement, I have recently created the open source bluemoss Python package and published it to PyPI. This package enables software developers to build custom web-scrapers by defining a single Python object. Feel free to read into the full documentation here.

About Me

After graduating with a Master in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University in 2017 I joined an upcoming start-up as Machine Learning Engineer, where I focused on natural language processing and web scraping.

Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working at Europe's finest IT Consultancy, leading the backend team during the hyper-growth phase of a Berlin based fashion brand, and building the technology department of one of the most established Venture Capital firms in Europe.

Since November 2023 I am leading the Backend development of a German stealth-startup.
